These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of FAMUZI's websites, event galleries, upload tools, and related services (the "Service"). The Service is provided by FAMUZI LLC ("FAMUZI," "we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing an event, creating or managing an event, uploading content, or otherwise using FAMUZI, you agree to these Terms.

FAMUZI provides event owners with private galleries for collecting photos and videos from their guests. Guests can access an event using its link or QR code without downloading an app or creating an account. Available features may include guest contribution controls, gallery viewing and downloads, privacy settings, PIN-protected viewing, content management, weekend chapters, and event lifecycle controls.

The person who creates or purchases an event is the "Event Owner." People invited to access or contribute to an event are "Guests." Event Owners are responsible for managing their event and deciding who receives its link, QR code, PIN, or other access information. Guests are responsible for their use of FAMUZI and the content they upload.

FAMUZI galleries are designed for private events and are not intended to be publicly searchable. Anyone with a working event link or QR code may be able to access an event according to the Event Owner's settings. Event Owners may enable a PIN for additional gallery privacy. Event Owners and Guests are responsible for exercising care when sharing event links, QR codes, PINs, or gallery content.

You keep the ownership rights you otherwise have in photos, videos, and other content you upload to FAMUZI. By uploading content, you give FAMUZI permission to host, store, process, reproduce, display, transmit, and technically modify that content as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, maintain, and operate the Service. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights or permissions reasonably necessary to upload the content you submit. Uploading content does not transfer copyright or ownership between Guests, Event Owners, photographers, or people depicted in the content.

You may not use FAMUZI to upload or distribute content that is unlawful, sexually explicit or pornographic, exploitative, abusive, fraudulent, malicious, or that violates another person's intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights. Content that appears to involve the sexual exploitation of a minor is treated with particular seriousness and may be preserved or reported where required by law.

Event Owners can hide or permanently delete media from their event galleries using the available gallery controls. FAMUZI may hold, restrict, remove, preserve, or report content, or restrict access to the Service, when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users or the Service, or comply with applicable law.

Event Owners can hide or permanently delete media from their event galleries using the controls FAMUZI provides. Event Owner actions do not mean FAMUZI has reviewed, endorsed, or determined that content complies with these Terms or applicable law.

FAMUZI's current event offering includes a 12-month private gallery period. Access, uploads, downloads, storage, or other functionality may end or change when the applicable event period expires. Event Owners are responsible for downloading and preserving content they wish to keep before access or storage ends.

Event Owners may submit deletion requests through FAMUZI. FAMUZI is currently completing the automated system that will carry out these deletions; until that system is in place, deletion requests are reviewed and completed manually by our team rather than through an automated process. Submitting a request does not guarantee a specific completion time, and information may not be immediately removed from every backup or system. FAMUZI may retain certain information where reasonably necessary or required for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or enforcement of these Terms.

Prices and features for FAMUZI event packages are shown at the time of purchase. By completing a purchase, you agree to pay the amount shown. All sales are final and payments are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

FAMUZI may update, modify, add, or remove features as the Service develops. We do not guarantee that the Service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FAMUZI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

FAMUZI may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary because of a violation of these Terms, unlawful or abusive activity, a security threat, nonpayment, legal requirements, or conduct that materially interferes with the Service or its users.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FAMUZI LLC and its officers, employees, affiliates, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from or relating to use of the Service, including loss of content, data, profits, revenue, or use. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FAMUZI LLC's total liability arising from or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount paid to FAMUZI for the event package giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FAMUZI LLC and its officers, employees, affiliates, and agents from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from content you upload, your unlawful use of FAMUZI, your material violation of these Terms, or your violation of another person's rights.

FAMUZI may update these Terms as the Service develops or legal requirements change. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date and provide any additional notice required by applicable law.
