This Privacy Policy explains how FAMUZI LLC ("FAMUZI," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use FAMUZI.

FAMUZI is built around private galleries for events. Photos and videos uploaded by guests are associated with an event and handled according to the event owner's settings. Event galleries are not intended to be publicly searchable. Anyone with a working event link or QR code may be able to access the event according to its settings. Event owners may enable a PIN for an additional layer of gallery privacy.

We may collect information you provide when creating, purchasing, or managing an event, including your name, email address, event information, gallery settings, and payment-related transaction information. When guests use FAMUZI, we may process the photos, videos, and other information they choose to upload. We may also automatically collect technical information such as IP address, browser or device information, timestamps, and usage or diagnostic information needed to operate, secure, and improve FAMUZI.

Guests do not need to create an account or provide an email address to upload photos or videos. A guest may choose to provide an email address to save their event link for later. If they do, FAMUZI may send the requested link and, at most, one reminder while uploads for that event remain open. An email collected solely for this purpose is not used to market other FAMUZI events or services to that guest.

We use information to provide and operate FAMUZI, process uploads, maintain event galleries, provide owner controls, communicate about events, process purchases, provide customer support, improve and secure the Service, prevent misuse, enforce our policies, and comply with applicable law.

Photos and videos uploaded to FAMUZI are stored and displayed according to the event owner's gallery settings. Event owners can hide or remove media from their event gallery. FAMUZI may also take action when reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce its policies, or comply with applicable law.

We may share or process information with service providers that help us operate FAMUZI, such as providers of hosting, storage, payment processing, email delivery, security, analytics, and technical infrastructure. These providers may process information as necessary to provide services to FAMUZI. We may also preserve or disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law or legal process, protect the safety or rights of FAMUZI or others, investigate misuse, or enforce our agreements.

FAMUZI's current event offering includes a 12-month private gallery period. We may retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, operate an event's lifecycle, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or abuse, enforce our agreements, and maintain security. Information may remain temporarily in backups or other systems after it is removed from active use. We do not promise immediate deletion from every backup or system.

Event owners can submit deletion requests through FAMUZI. Guests and others may contact FAMUZI with questions or requests concerning personal information associated with them. FAMUZI is currently completing the automated system that carries out these deletions. Until that system is finished, deletion requests are reviewed and carried out manually by our team rather than through an automated process, which may take longer than an automated deletion would. We may need to verify a request before acting on it. Some information may be retained when reasonably necessary or required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or other lawful purposes.

FAMUZI may restrict, preserve, remove, disclose, or report content or information when required by applicable law or when reasonably necessary to protect the Service, our users, or others. Content that appears to involve the sexual exploitation of a minor may be preserved and reported to appropriate authorities where required by law. These actions may occur independently of any decision made by an event owner.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information processed through FAMUZI. No internet service, storage system, event link, QR code, PIN, or other security measure can guarantee absolute security.

FAMUZI event galleries may contain photos or videos depicting children. This does not mean FAMUZI is designed for children to use independently. FAMUZI is not intended for use by children under 13, and children under 13 should not provide personal information directly to FAMUZI. Parents or guardians who believe a child has provided personal information to FAMUZI may contact us.

Depending on where you live, applicable law may provide rights concerning your personal information, which may include rights to request access, correction, or deletion. You may contact FAMUZI to make a privacy request. We may verify your identity or authority before completing a request and may retain information where permitted or required by law.

We may update this Privacy Policy as FAMUZI develops or legal requirements change. When we update it, we will revise the "Last updated" date and provide any additional notice required by applicable law.
